When We Are Closed

If you have an emergency problem that cannot wait, please call your surgery and if we are closed you will be directed to an out-of-hours operator.

An operator will take your details and will arrange for a Doctor to call you back. The Doctor may give you advice to follow over the phone. An appointment may be made for you to attend a primary care surgery.

The nearest primary care surgery is Good Hope Hospital.

If your medical condition prevents you from going to a centre, you may be able to arrange a home visit. Please do not ask for a Doctor to visit if you can get to the surgery. This will help Doctors to see more patients, quicker.

Walk-in Centre

Warren Farm Urgent Care Centre, Warren Farm Road, Kingstanding B44 OPU.

Open daily 08:30 – 19:30 (except Christmas Day)

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a Doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
