Appointments / telephone consultations can be made by calling the surgery at 08:00. This is our same day service which these appointments are released at 08:00, which are on a first come first serve basis. You may also contact us to ask about appointments using our Contact the Practice form. Please only do this for non-urgent appointments.

There is no restriction (within our opening hours) about when you can contact us.

We also offer appointments for full time workers on Saturdays at our Shady Lane Surgery, these appointments are pre-bookable.

Practice Nurses & ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioners)

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a Practice Nurse or ANP, rather than a Doctor. Practice Nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly. ANP’s are prepared with advanced clinical knowledge and skills in the practice of nursing. ANP’s are able to prescribe and refer patients.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible, in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
