We have 9 receptionists (including managers) at The Oaks. Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. Reception staff do their very best to help patients. They can provide information on services/results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Our receptionist have a very diffictult job, please help them to help you.

Prescribing Team Leader

Our Prescribing Team consists of 6 members and are the here to assist you with your medication orders, coordinate any necessary health checks you may require to allow us to issue your medication safely and any prescribing queries you may have.

Administration

Here at the Oaks Medical Centre our administrative staff work together to provide essential support to doctors, nurses, health care practitioners and any other healthcare professionals running clinics within the surgery.  They are responsible for registering/deregistering patients, organising patient medical records, inviting patients for their annual checks and any other administration work.

Secretaries

We have a team of 3 medical secretaries. Our medical secretaries help to process patient referrals to other health care specialists, transcribe medical reports and other associated admin roles.

Data Entry

The data entry team work together collating, organising, retrieving and archiving medical letters and any kind of/actions results we may receive.
