Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- Please complete a new patient registration form which should take up to 10 minutes.

After completing the form we aim to have you on our system within 7-10 working days.
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
